An Act to Establish the Shubenacadie Canal Commission , is pleased to appoint Damian J. Penny of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) and Donica Poirier McGougan of Shubenacadie, Hants County, as members of the Shubenacadie Canal Commission, for a term of 3 years commencing March 31, 2014.
