This Bill would amend the Provincial Court Act, 1991 to define the period within which the first report of the tribunal

appointed on October

17, 2005 must be delivered to the minister.

Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and

House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

1. The Provincial

Court Act, 1991 is amended by adding immediately after subsection 28.2(1)

the following:

(1.1) Notwithstanding subsection (1), the first

report of the tribunal appointed on October 17, 2005 shall be submitted to the minister no later than April 1, 2006 .
