Section 83 of

Chapter 42 of the Acts of 2005, the Involuntary Psychiatric Treatment Act, is pleased to amend the Involuntary Psychiatric Treatment Regulations , N.S. Reg. 235/2007, made by the Governor in Council by Order 2007-239 dated April 24, 2007, as amended by N.S. Reg. 116/2024 effective August 13, 2024, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after August 13, 2024.
