B.C. Reg. 20/2021 , deposited February 1, 2021, under the ASSESSMENT ACT [section 74] and the MISCELLANEOUS STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3), 2010 [section 247]. Order in Council 54/2021, approved and ordered February 1, 2021.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) sections 1 to 4, 9 (

a) and (

c) and 15 to 34 of the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act (No. 3), 2010 , S.B.C. 2010, c. 21, are brought into force, and

(

b) the Assessment Act Regulation, B.C. Reg. 433/98, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

Section 1.4 (1) of the Assessment Act Regulation, B.C. Reg. 433/98, is amended by striking out " Nis g a'a Lisims Government " and substituting " Nis g a'a Nation ".
