Order in Council 1360/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Coroners Act , as amended,

Jack Grossman of Thornhill

is hereby reappointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective from the later of December 1, 2025, or the date this Order in Council is made.

And Pursuant to subsection 8 (3) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Jack Grossman is hereby redesignated as a part-time Vice-Chair of the Death Investigation Oversight Council, effective from the later of December 1, 2025, or the date this Order in Council is made.
