OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business and Consumer Services, Minister responsible for the Residential Tenancies Act, dated March 8, 2000, pursuant to
Section 18 of
Chapter 401 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Residential Tenancies Act, is pleased to appoint the following persons as members of the Western Counties Residential Tenancies Board each for a term of office of three years commencing May 3, 2000: Diane Fraser of Digby, Digby County; and Russell Prime of Digby, Digby County.
