Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated July 18, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to lease a parcel of land, being approximately 30 feet by 124 feet, located at 5846 South Street, Halifax, to the Canadian Cancer Society, for a term of 25 years, at an aggregate rental rate of $150.00 for the term of the lease; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to execute a lease agreement with the Canadian Cancer Society, for the parcel of land located at 5846 South Street, Halifax, substantially in the form of lease agreement attached as

Schedule "A" to the Report and Recommendation.
