Order in Council 954/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Government of Ontario appointed Carol Layton as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation pursuant to Order in Council 780/2017 dated April 12, 2017;

And

Whereas Carol Layton resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation;

And

Whereas it is necessary that her appointment as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation be revoked;

Now therefore Order in Council 780/2017 is hereby revoked effective April 12, 2017.
