Short title Rev. Stat. c. P-30.1, sec tion amended CHAPTER59

An Act to amend The Provincial Court Act. [Assented to May 4, 19 79.] H ER Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as The Provincial Court Amendment Act, 1979. 2. Subsection 32(2) of The Provincial Court Act is repealed and the following substituted: "

(2) Where a person mentioned in subsection (1) does not make an election pursuant to that subsection, any contributions made by him with respect to his service as a provincial magistrate and as a judge of the magistrates' courts pursuant to The Public Service Superannuation Act and The Superannuation (Supplementary Provisions) Act, and any other contributions made by him pursuant to those Acts, shall, upon application by the person to the Public Service Superannuation Board, be refunded to him, together with accrued interest, in accordance with The Public Service Superannuation Act". 1
