OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Environment dated July 15, 1998, pursuant to
Section 42 of
Chapter 1 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia 1994-95, the Environment Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint Shirley L. Nicholson of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a temporary member of the Nova Scotia Environmental Assessment Board until at least three permanent members are appointed; and (
b) designate Shirley L. Nicholson as Acting Chair of the Nova Scotia Environmental Assessment Board until a permanent Chair is designated.
