OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated March 25, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective April 1, 2014: (

a) revoke Order in Council 2013-366 dated October 22, 2013, assigning responsibility for the Voluntary Sector to the Honourable Labi Kousoulis, a Member of the Executive Council; and (

b) assign responsibility for the Voluntary Sector to the Honourable Kelly Regan, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister of the Voluntary Sector.
