Implementation of School Division and School District Amalgamation

(2002) Regulation confirmed

1 As required by subsection 7(3) of The Public Schools Act , the Implementation of School Division and School District Amalgamation

(2002) Regulation is confirmed as it affects the boundaries of the following remote school districts:

(

a) The Consolidated School District of Sprague No. 2439;

(

b) The School District of Churchill No. 2264;

(

c) The School District of Snow Lake No. 2309;

(

d) The School District of Lynn Lake No. 2312;

(

e) The School District of Leaf Rapids No. 2460.

Ratification du Règlement de 2002 sur la mise en œuvre de l'amalgamation des divisions et des districts scolaires

1 Conformément au paragraphe 7(3) de la

Loi sur les écoles publiques , le Règlement de 2002 sur la mise en œuvre de l'amalgamation des divisions et des districts scolaires est ratifié dans la mesure où il modifie les limites des districts scolaires éloignés suivants :

a) le district scolaire centralisé de Sprague n o 2439;

b) le district scolaire de Churchill n o 2264;

c) le district scolaire de Snow Lake n o 2309;

d) le district scolaire de Lynn Lake n o 2312;

e) le district scolaire de Leaf Rapids n o 2460.
