Statute: Industrial Development Act Provincial Finance Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated June 20, 2003, pursuant to Sections 2(b), 2(c), 3(1)(c), 3(1)(

d) and 5 of

Chapter 222 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Industrial Development Act, and

Section 59C(1) of

Chapter 365 of the said Revised Statutes, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize financial assistance to Stora Enso Port Hawkesbury Limited in an amount not to exceed $15,000,000 on terms and conditions as outlined in the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated June 20, 2003; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
