Order in Council 27/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 2 of the Lake of the Woods Control Board Act, 1922 , as amended by the Lake of the Woods Control Board Amendment Act, 1958 ,

Andy Beaton of Peterborough

be appointed as alternate part-time member of the Lake of the Woods Control Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made;

Further,

whereas Navin Gautam was appointed as alternate part-time member of the Lake of the Woods Control Board for a period not exceeding three years beginning on May 23, 2024, by Order in Council 652/2024;

Therefore, pursuant to

section 2 of the Lake of the Woods Control Board Act, 1922 , as amended by the Lake of the Woods Control Board Amendment Act, 1958 , Order in Council 652/2024 be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
