a) Derek Doyle is appointed as a director to the board of the Oil and Gas Commission for a term of 5 years, (

b) Derek Doyle is designated as commissioner of the Oil and Gas Commission for a term of 5 years, (

c) Derek Doyle, as commissioner of the Oil and Gas Commission, is designated as having the status of a deputy minister, (

d) only sections 1, 13 and of the Public Service Act apply to Derek Doyle for the purpose of paragraph (

c) of this order, and (
