Order in Council 879/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 333 (2) and 151 (2) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 , Malcolm MacFarlane of Grimsby be reappointed as part-time member of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective October 14, 2023.
