Statute: Agricultural Marshland Conservation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated June 10, 2021, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 22 of the Acts of 2000, the Agricultural Marshland Conservation Act , is pleased to:

a) appoint Andi Rierden of Granville Beach, Annapolis County and Shawn Davidson of Gaspereau, Kings County, both for three-year terms commencing on July 13, 2021;

b) reappoint Robert Palmeter of North Grand Pre, Kings County as a member for a three-year term commencing on July 13, 2021; and

c) order that Andi Rierden, Shawn Davidson and Robert Palmeter be remunerated for their services in the amount of $100 per day and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses actually incurred in fulfilling their duties as members, provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally paid to members of the civil service.
