PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Council No. 106 , Approved and Ordered March 2, 2021 Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned , the Lieutenant overnor, by and with the advice and consent of the Exec utive Counci l, order s that, effective March 3, 202 1, (

a) the appointm ent of Tristan White Jones as an Execut ive Assistant in the Office of the Minister of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development , made by Order in Council 604/2020 , is rescinded, (

b) Tristan White Jone s is appointed as a Ministerial Advisor in the Office of the Minister of Forests, Lands , Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development , (

c) Tristan White Jone s is to be paid in accordance with the Salary Range Regulation , B.C. Reg. 152/2017 , start ing at $73 per year, and (

d) the terms and condit ions of employment equivalent to those established for category C appo intees in the "Term s and Conditions for Excluded Employees and Appointee s" administered by the Public Service Agency app ly to the appointment of Tristan White Jones.
