OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated January 3, 2001, and pursuant to subsection 35(3) of

Chapter 379 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Trustee Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance to pay to Patrick James Manley, c/o Ronald W. Burton, Barrister and Solicitor, at Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, the sum of Ten Thousand, Five Hundred and Fifty-Eight Dollars and Ninety-Four Cents ($10,558.94) held by the Minister of Finance pursuant to subsection 28(2) of the Public Trustee Act, together with interest at the rate of prime less 3.5% from October 17, 2000, to the date of payment, less an administrative charge of 5% on accrued interest, all respecting the estate of John Manley.
