OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated August 7, 2001, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1991, the University Foundations Act, is pleased to appoint the following persons as members of the Dalhousie University Foundation, each for a term of office of three years commencing August 30, 2001: Thomas Traves of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; and John Risley of Chester, Lunenburg County.
