Order in Council 704/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 980/91, dated May 1, 1991 appointing Dr. Rita M. Affleck as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
