CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Heritage Fund (Saskatchewan) Act (Assented to March 31, 1981) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Heritage Fund (Saskatchewan) Amendment Act, 1981. Rev. Stat. (Supp.) c.H-2.1 The Heritage Fund (Saskatchewan) Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act. New

section

Section is repealed and the following substituted: Revenue of previous year “12 Any of the revenue to be credited to the fund pursuant to this Act in any fiscal year may be received at the office of the year minister and placed to the credit of the account of the fund for that fiscal year at any time on or before April in the following fiscal year”.

Section amended Clause 20(8)(

b) is amended by striking out “construction” and substituting “conservation”. Coming into force 5(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act comes into force on the day of assent but is retroactive and is deemed to have been in force on and from March 31, 1981.
