Order in Council 1127/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 ,

Neil Kaufman, North York

be appointed a full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term of two years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
