1 These regulations may be cited as the Marine Renewable-energy Fees Regulations .

2 In these regulations,

“Act” means the Marine Renewable-energy Act .

Application fees prescribed

(1) The fee for an application for a licence, permit, approval or consent under the Act

is as set out in the following table:
