OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Lands and Forestry dated March 3, 2021, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the Minister: (

a) issuing a Crown grant to convey infilled Crown lands containing approximately 0.04 hectare (0.1 acre), located at Crescent Avenue, Chocolate Lake, Halifax, Halifax County, and shown outlined in bold and shaded in dark grey on the plan marked

Schedule "A", which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to Charles Gordon Blackhall and Kerry Patricia Crofton, or their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators or approved successors and assigns for the appraised market value of $70,000.00, plus HST (if applicable); and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
