OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 2, 2006, and pursuant to Sections 7 and 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia to: (

a) subject to the terms and conditions outlined in paragraph (b), convey by deed or grant a lot of Crown land, shown outlined in green on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, containing 14.6¦ hectares (36¦ acres) situate at Mill Cove, Cranberry Lake, in the County of Lunenburg, to Philip S. Harnish and Geraldine S. Harnish, their respective heirs, executors, successors or assigns; (

b) in exchange for the Crown land note in paragraph (a), accept from Philip S. Harnish and Geraldine S. Harnish, their respective heirs, executors, successors or assigns, a parcel of land shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, containing 14.6¦ hectares (36¦ acres) situate at Noonan Lake, in the County of Lunenburg, subject to the condition that Philip S. Harnish and Geraldine S. Harnish, their respective heirs, executors, successors or assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

c) prepare and have executed such documents as may be required to achieve the purpose of this Order.
