Order in Council 1849/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 162(1)(

b) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 ,

Thomas Bell of Cambridge

be reappointed as full-time president of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding forty-five (45) days, effective January 1, 2022.
