Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to approve Nova Scotia Lands Inc. incorporating the form of indemnity in favour of a purchaser in its Agreements of Purchase and Sale in relation to the sale of lands at Trenton Commercial Park, substantially in the form set out in
Schedule A attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
