OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated March 24, 2000, pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 164 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Fatality Inquiries Act, is pleased to approve the appointment by Dr. V.F. Bowes, Chief Medical Examiner for the Province of Nova Scotia, of Dr. Leon Desormeau of Antigonish, Antigonish County, as a Medical Examiner for the County of Antigonish.
