OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated November 30, 1999, pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 411 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Scalers Act, is pleased to: (

a) accept the resignation and revoke the appointment of Edward MacAulay of Truro, Colchester County, as a member of the Board of Examiners under the Scalers Act, which appointment was made by Order in Council 96-659 dated August 28, 1996; and (

b) appoint Nancy McInnis Leek of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member and Chair of the Board of Examiners under the Scalers Act, to represent the Department of Natural Resources, the appointment to be effective December 21, 1999.
