Order in Council 1074/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 672.38(1) of the Criminal Code, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46,

Theodore (Ted) Jarvis Madison of London

be reappointed as a part-time Lawyer member of the Ontario Review Board for a period of two years, effective June 20, 2017 to and including June 19, 2019.
