Le Président (M. Pinard): Alors, bienvenue à vous tous, chers collègues, en ce merveilleux jeudi après-midi. Nous sommes toujours à l'étude détaillée du projet de loi n° 14,

Loi sur la mise en valeur des ressources minérales dans le respect des principes du développement durable.

Je constate que nous avons quorum, donc je déclare la séance de la Commission de l'agriculture, des pêcheries, de l'énergie et des ressources naturelles ouverte. Comme à l'accoutumée, je demande à toutes les personnes, à tous les collègues ainsi qu'à tout le personnel en cette Chambre de bien vouloir éteindre la sonnerie de votre téléphone cellulaire, s'il vous plaît.

Or, comme vous le savez déjà, le mandat de la commission est de procéder à l'étude détaillée du projet de loi n° 14,

Loi sur la mise en valeur des ressources minérales dans le respect des principes du développement durable.

Alors, Mme la secrétaire, avons-nous des remplacements cet après-midi?

Le Président (M. Pinard): Alors, bienvenue, Mme la députée de Duplessis. Lors de l'ajournement de nos travaux, hier, nous en étions à l'étude de l'article 12 du projet de loi, plus particulièrement au sous-amendement de la députée de Vachon ainsi qu'à l'amendement du député de Rousseau au même article. Alors, nous avions fait la lecture du sous-amendement, et je me rappelle qu'il a été distribué à tous. Peut-être, par contre, Mme la députée de Duplessis n'a peut-être pas le sous-amendement...

Mme Richard (Duplessis): Oui.
