Chapter 7 of the Acts of 2013, the Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Professionals Act , is pleased to approve amendments made by the Board of the Nova Scotia College of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Professionals to the Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Professionals Regulations , N.S. Reg. 115/2020, made by the Board of the Nova Scotia College of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Professionals and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2020-235 dated September 8, 2020, in the manner set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after October 29, 2024.
