Order in Council 1232/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Poeme Manigat of Mississauga be appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending March 27, 2021.

Further,

whereas Poeme Manigat was appointed as full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years, effective March 28, 2019, by Order in Council O.C. 458/2019;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 458/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
