Statute: Wilderness Areas Protection Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated March 31, 2005, pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 27 of the Acts of 1998, the Wilderness Areas Protection Act, is pleased to approve the designation by the Minister of Environment and Labour of: (

a) a wilderness area which shall be known as Gully Lake Wilderness Area, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A", effective on and after the date set forth in that schedule; and (

b) a wilderness area which shall be known as Eigg Mountain-James River Wilderness Area, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "B", effective on and after the date set forth in that schedule.
