OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated November 7, 2000, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 13 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1990, the Health Council Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint the following persons as members of the Provincial Health Council, each for a further term of office of three years commencing September 30, 2000 and ending September 29, 2003: Dr. Mahmood A. Naqvi of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; Catherine A. Randall of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; and (
b) appoint the following persons as members of the Provincial Health Council, each for a term of office of three years commencing September 30, 2000 and ending September 29, 2003: Harry J. Churchill of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Mildred R. Noiles of Amherst, Cumberland County.
