OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Internal Services dated May 29, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to, effective July 30, 2019, authorize the Minister of Internal Services entering into a net debt obligation resulting from additional capital and operating expenses required to replace existing telecommunication infrastructure which is currently unsupported or will become unsupported within the next five years at 77 sites across the Nova Scotia Health Authority (NSHA) and the IWK Health Centre as set out in the Report and Recommendation.
