Le projet de loi modifie la Loi sur les actes translatifs de pro- priété et le droit des biens et la Loi de 1997 sur la protection des locataires pour obliger le vendeur visé par une convention de vente et le locateur visé par une convention de location à divul- guer à l’acheteur ou au locataire si le bien auquel se rapporte la convention a servi, pendant la période où le vendeur ou le loca- teur avait un intérêt dans le bien, pour commettre un crime.
