B.C. Reg. 301/2006, deposited November 16, 2006, pursuant to the MINERAL TENURE ACT [Section 22] and the COAL ACT [Section 21]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated November 15, 2006.

I, Gerald German, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources order that

(

a) B.C. Reg. 211/99 is amended by repealing the sketch attached to it and by striking out "All that parcel or tract of land together with all that foreshore or land covered by water as shown outlined and shaded on the attached sketch." and substituting "Each parcel or tract of land shown outlined and shaded on the sketch for BROHM RIDGE, dated November 7, 2006, on file 12000-01, located at the Mineral Titles Branch, Victoria, British Columbia." , and

(

b) a reserve is established as follows:

(1) In this section:

"land" includes foreshore and land covered by water,

"site number" means a site number set out in the

schedule to this regulation.

(2) A mineral reserve is established over the following lands in the Kamloops Mining Division, Kamloops Division of Yale Land District:

Each parcel or tract of land identified by a site number on the Mineral Titles Online production map, file 12000-01, located at the Mineral Titles Branch, Victoria, British Columbia.

2. A free miner must not register a mineral or placer claim in the reserve established by

section 1.

3. The coal lands in the areas referred to in

section 1 (2) are established as a coal land reserve.
