OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia dated September 27, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Service Nova Scotia entering into an agreement with the Provinces of New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island and the Canada Post Corporation for the delivery of high-priority parcel services, substantially in the form set forth in Appendix “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreement.
