Order in Council 1612/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

PURSUANT to subsection 23(1) of the Building Code Act, 1992, S.O. 1992, c. 23, Stephen Wong of Toronto, Ontario is hereby appointed as a member of the Building Code Commission for a period commencing on the date of the execution of this Order in Council and ending on the date two years after the date of execution of this Order in Council.
