chapter S-5.5 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2004, is amended by repealing the definition “derivatives trading facility” and substituting the following: 1 Le paragraphe 1(1) de la

Section 1.1 of the Act is amended 2 L’article 1.1 de la Loi est modifié (

Section 88 of the Act is amended 3 L’article 88 de la Loi est modifié (

a) by adding after subsection (1) the following:
