Section 21 of the Assessment Act,

chapter A-14 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by add ‐ ing after subsection (1) the following: 1(1) L’article 21 de la

3(2) The Act is amended by adding after

a) prepare an estimate of the money required for the provision of services, including the costs of ad ‐ ministration attributable to those services, for a rural community or a regional municipality, as the case may be,
