OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business and Consumer Services, Minister in charge of the Residential Tenancies Act, dated February 23, 2000, pursuant to
Section 18 of
Chapter 401 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Residential Tenancies Act, is pleased to reappoint the following persons as members of the Cape Breton Residential Tenancies Board, each for a term of office commencing April 5, 2000 and ending February 28, 2003: Keith Anderson of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; and Elizabeth Nearing of Glace Bay, Cape Breton Regional Municipality.
