SASKATCHEWAN INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGIES BILL No. 151

An Act to amend The Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies Act (Assented to ) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies Amendment Act, 2010. S.S. 2000, c.S-25.11, new

section 15.1 The Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies Act is amended by adding the following

section after

section 15: “Exemption from taxation 15.1 Neither SIIT nor the real or personal property of SIIT is liable to taxation for municipal or school purposes”.
