Order in Council 676/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Scott Pommerville was appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective November 2, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1602/2023;

And

whereas Scott Pommerville tendered his resignation effective April 21, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 1602/2023 be revoked effective April 21, 2024.
