OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated March 26, 2001, pursuant to subsection 3(1) of

Chapter 81 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Companies Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Catherine E. Smith as Acting Registrar of Joint Stock Companies, effective April 2, 2001; and (

b) appoint Kerry MacLean as Registrar of Joint Stock Companies, effective April 2, 2001, and expiring April 1, 2003.
