OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated July 12, 2006, and pursuant to
Section 51 of
Chapter 6 of the Acts of 2002, the Fire Safety Act, is pleased, effective on and after September 29, 2006, to: (
a) repeal the Fuel Safety Regulations, N.S. Reg. No. 120/99 approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 1999-525 dated October 27, 1999; and (
b) make new regulations respecting fuel safety in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
