OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour, Skills and Immigration dated May 10, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Labour, Skills and Immigration: (

a) entering into the Pan Canadian Occupational Health and Safety Reconciliation Agreement, substantially in the form set forth in Appendix “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Agreement; and (

b) agreeing to such amendments as may be required from time to time to effect the addition of other occupational health and safety standards for reconciliation purposes, provided such standards are within the scope of the Agreement.
