OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated June 26, 2005, pursuant to Sections 5, 6 and 7 of

Chapter 11 of the Acts of 1992, the Utility and Review Board Act, is pleased to: (

a) determine the remuneration for the Chair of the Utility and Review Board to be in accordance with the Deputy Ministers' Compensation Plan (DM 11) (104) effective April 1, 2005, and direct that the Chair shall be entitled, in any year in which Deputy Ministers receive pay for performance pursuant to the Pay for Performance for Senior Officials Policy, to a lump sum payment equal to 10% of the Chair's salary, re-earnable at the end of each year, effective on or after April 1, 2006; (

b) determine the remuneration for the Vice Chair to be in accordance with the Deputy Ministers' Compensation Plan (DM 11) (95) effective April 1, 2005, and direct that the Vice Chair is eligible, in any year in which Deputy Ministers receive pay for performance pursuant to the Pay for Performance for Senior Officials Policy, for at risk pay for performance, payable as a lump sum, re-earnable at the end of each year, effective on or after April 1, 2006; and (

c) determine the remuneration for members to be in accordance with the Deputy Ministers' Compensation Plan (DM 11) (90) effective April 1, 2005, and direct that the member is eligible, in any year in which Deputy Ministers receive pay for performance pursuant to the Pay for Performance for Senior Officials Policy, for at risk pay for performance, payable as a lump sum, re-earnable at the end of each year, effective on or after April 1, 2006.
